What is invalid traffic?
You can’t fake real traffic for adsense. If you’re going to play around with traffic you have to limit it to legit users. For example, you can’t fake users in Canada or the US.
There are some things you can do to artificially boost the number of clicks for adsense:
1) To artificially boost the number of clicks, you can engage in click fraud.
2) Fake clicks do not correlate with real traffic (see below).
The best way to make sure you’re generating real traffic is to do nothing. Make sure you are not generating fake traffic through Adsense. This is generally a good practice for anyone doing business on the web.

Invalid clicks on ads
Just because you click on an ad doesn’t mean that the account will be suspended for “unnatural clicks” — the term for fraudulent activity in which you click on an ad because it looks appealing. If you click on the ads on the site or YouTube channel because it’s an advertiser and you want to use Google Adsense, it will be considered “legitimate” clicks.
Advertisers set specific click-through-rates (CTR), so you must never reach those numbers by being placed on AdSense. If you exceed these levels, you will have an invalid click. All of the buttons that appear on your website and YouTube channel will require verification, and they must be verified as well.

Sign-up for AdSense when they receive more than 100 invalid impressions within a 90-day period from AdSense impressions
Wrap advertising around a page that may not be monetized
Create ads without clickthrough signals from YouTube or Google’s ad network
Redirect users to a separate website and require users to sign up for an AdSense account before being able to view content
Requires users to disclose if they use Google products or if they are using a location tracking service.
How to avoid getting a Google Adsense account suspended
Whenever AdSense puts an AdSense account on hold, the following steps are taken:
The publisher is informed of the issue.
The publisher can appeal the suspension request.
The publisher can make the issue transparent to the users and the Google team.
The publisher can make an effort to reduce the or eliminate the invalid traffic.
The publisher can be made a priority when a given publisher is in trouble.
If the publisher does not comply with any of these steps, the AdSense account is put on hold and will remain suspended until it is removed. This is a rather long process, and requires a lot of patience and a lot of page views or views on YouTube or Facebook.
Why it matters that you don’t get an account suspended
Your traffic is always going to be more important than your advertising budget, and AdSense accounts are much cheaper to start with. AdSense accounts are sometimes suspended if they are linked to an ecommerce site or if they are linked to a subscription box service.
Your traffic might be high-quality but it’s definitely not best-in-class, and something that you can invest your time in producing better, longer-tail traffic is probably going to be more important.
Having a solid handle on your high-quality traffic will let you scale better.
Google’s system has a detailed reporting system that allows you to watch your accounts closely to see if you’re taking the right steps to prevent them from being suspended.
You can avoid suspension by avoiding any of the points on this list.
